  • Beat the eggs with 1 tbsp of pepper powder and salt.
  • Using these 5 eggs, make two omlettes using refined oil.
  • Cut the omlette into long stripes and then cut into small pieces.
  • Prepare a batter using cornflour, maida, ginger-garlic paste, 3/4 tsp soya sauce and a little water.
  • Mix the egg pieces with the batter.
  • Take a pan and pour oil and fry the egg pieces. Keep the fried egg pieces aside.
  • After frying, use the balance oil for remaining procedure. Saute garlic, green chillies and onions.
  • When the color changes, add the fried egg pieces into it. Then add remaining soya sauce and tomato sauce. Garnish it with spring onions and serve hot
