  • 1/2 litre Milk
  • 3 nos Eggs
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 2 tsp Custard powder
  • 1/2 tin Milk maid
  • 1 tsp Cocoa powder
  • Cherries As reqd


  • For preparing cocoa custard, mix custard powder with some milk and stir it well and keep it aside.
  • Mix cocoa powder with some milk and keep it aside.
  • Boil milk in a vessel. Add the custard milk mixture to the boiling milk and stir well.
  • Separate the yolk of the egg from the white and stir the yolk well.
  • Add the stirred yolk, sugar and cocoa powder to the boiling custard one by one. Stir it well.
  • Then add the milk maid to the above mixture and stir it again (try to take no long interval while string)
  • Take it from flame when it is mixed well.
  • Freeze it in a freezer.
  • Spread cherries on the frozen custard and decorate it as your wish.
  • Cocoa custard is ready. Serve it for parties or as an evening snack.
