Ingredients
- Rice flour - 2 cup
- Sugar - 1 tsp
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Butter - 1/4 cup
- Cardamom powder(A pinch, Elakka) -
- Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
- Dry red chillies - 4 nos
- Coconut(grated) - 1 cup
- Oil/Ghee(For frying) -

Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan, splutter mustard seeds and red chillies.
- Pour it on the rice flour, Make small balls out of the dough and keep aside.
- Place it in idly cooker, and cook for 10 minutes.
- A tasty snack for kids and elders.
