  • For preparing cream of mushroom, first cook all the ingredients together: mushroom, corn flour, onion, butter, milk, water, pepper and salt.
  • Drain the liquid into another vessel. Remove only the mushroom pieces and smash it.
  • Put the pureed mushroom back into the liquid and cook for 3 more minutes.
  • Cream of mushroom is ready. Serve hot and enjoy.
