Ingredients
- Chicken(breast piece - big sized) - 250 g
- Onion(rings) - 1 no
- Lime juice - 1 lime
- Green chillies(slit) - 2 nos
- Ginger(crushed) - 1 tsp
- garlic(crushed) - 1 tsp
- Bay leaves - 1 no
- Cinnamon stick(Karugapatta) - 2 nos
- Butter - 2 tbsp
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- In a pan, heat butter. Add chicken into it. Fry till chicken turns golden brown color.
- Mean while in a crock pot, pour water. Add onion rings, green chillies, ginger, salt , bay leaves and cinnamon sticks.
- Add the fried chicken to it and cook for 30 minutes.
- When done, remove chicken from the stock.
- Serve with mayo and garlic sauce.
