  • 4 nos Promfrets large sized, Avoli
  • Refined oil As reqd
  • Ginger garlic paste - 2 tbsp
  • 2 tbsp Red chilly powder
  • 4 tsp Rice flour
  • 2 tsp Corn flour
  • 1 egg Egg white
  • Salt As reqd


  • Cut the pomfret fish into thin round pieces and clean thoroughly.
  • Add all the ingredients except oil to the fish pieces and marinate.
  • Take a deep bottomed pan, add oil and heat.
  • Deep fry the marinated fish pieces in medium flame until the pieces turn dark brown.
  • Serve hot garnished with salad.
