- Boneless Chicken - 1 kg
- Chilly powder - 2 tsp
- Pepper powder - 1 tsp
- Corn flour - 1 tsp
- All purpose flour(Maida) - 2 tsp
- Egg white - 1 no
- Ginger Paste - 2 tsp
- Garlic paste - 2 tsp
- Yoghurt - 1 cup
- Carrot(slices) -
- Coriander leaves(chopped) - 4 springs
- Oil(As reqd) -
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing curd chicken, marinate the chicken in chilly powder, pepper powder and salt. Keep it aside for 30 minutes.
- Then add in the fried chicken and mix well.
- Garnish with carrot slices and coriander leaves.
- Curd chicken is ready. Serve hot.
