2 cup All purpose flour (Maida)2 nos Egg1 tbsp Coconut milk powder2 nos Onion (chopped)3 nos Garlic cloves (crushed)1 cup Mushroom (diced)1 cup Cauliflower (broken into florets)1/4 cup Carrot (grated)1 cup Potato (chopped in squares)2 tsp Pepper powderSalt (As reqd)Oil (As reqd)Water (As required) For preparing deep fried vegetable rolls, add eggs, little water and required salt to maida flour and prepare a dough. Roll out the dough into chappathy shape and keep aside.Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a deep bottomed pan and sautT crushed garlic and onion till transparent.Add salt and pepper powder. Mix it well.Stir in mushroom pieces, cauliflower, potato and carrot. Allow it to cook well.Dissolve coconut milk powder with 1 tbsp of water and pour into the vegetable mixture. Cook till mixture thickens up.Remove the vegetables from fire when it is dry.Place 2 tbsp of vegetable mix in each chappathy and roll up firmly to form rolls. Seal the edges. Repeat same procedure with remaining chappathy.Deep fry the vegetable rolls in hot oil till crisp and golden brown in color.Deep fried vegetable rolls, is ready.
