Ingredients
- beef boneless - 1/2 kilo
- Garlic Ginger Paste - 1 tsp
- Coriander powder - 2 tsp
- Jeera powder - 1 tsp
- Garam masala powder - 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Red chilli powder - 2 tsp
- onions finely sliced(medium size) - 2 nos
- Coconut milk(from ½ a coconut) -
- Curry leaves(few) -
- Salt(to taste) -
- Oil - 3 tsp

Instructions
- Fry the sliced onions till soft, add the curry leaves and the cooked beef.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with rice / kerala paratha.
