A cake with maida is baked and a yummy cherry cream spread is spread on top

Ingredients
- All purpose flour(Maida) - 75 g
- Butter - 10 g
- Eggs(separated) - 4 nos
- Castor sugar - 100 g
- Vanilla sugar - 1 packet
- Corn flour - 25 g
- Cocoa - 25 g
- Cinnamon(ground, Karugapatta) -
- Baking powder - 1 tsp
- Milk - 3 tbsp

Instructions
- For preparing delicious black forest gateau, preheat the oven at 180 degrees celsius.
- Grease the tin with butter and dust with maida.
- Add in maida, corn flour, cocoa, cinnamon and baking powder. Blend it again well.
- Pour in milk and blend it again to get an even consistency.
- Whisk the egg whites until stiff.
- Mix the egg whites with the above mixture gently and pour it into the greased tin.
- Bake it for 30 minutes and allow it to cool. Then turn it over to cool completely on a wire rack.
- Make chocolate flakes out of the dark chocolate.
- Stir cherries with the kirsch.
- Whip the cold cream until fluffy. Mix it with the cherries mixture.
- Mix in the icing sugar.
- Cut the cooled cake into three layers.
- Spread the cherry cream mixture on the first layer and cover it with the second layer of cake.
- Again spread the cherry cream layer on top of the second layer and cover it with the third layer.
- Spread the remaining cherry cream mixture on top of the third layer and spread chocolate flakes over it.
- Delicious black forest gateau is ready.
