Devil Chicken

this is different style in chicken. Too hot and spicy. good in winter season and evening snack too

  • 1/2 kg Chicken
  • 2 Onion
  • 1 Capsicum
  • 4 Green chili
  • 2 tsp Red chili powder
  • 1 tsp Red chili flakes
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 2 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tsp Chicken masala
  • 2 tsp Maida
  • 2 tsp Corn flour
  • Oil to fry
  • 1 tsp Soya sauce
  • 2 tsp Tomato sauce


  • Chop the onion and capsicum in cube shape. Cut the green chili into 2 piece
  • Cut the chicken into small piece .In a bowl add chicken, maida, corn flour, salt, chicken masala, red chili powder and mix well
  • Heat the oil and fry the chicken
  • In a pan heat the oil and ginger garlic paste
  • Add onion, capsicum and green chili and sauté it
  • Add soya sauce, tomato sauce, sugar, chili flakes and salt and mix it
  • Now add water and allow to get thick gravy
  • Now add fried chicken and fry until the masala get mix well with chicken.
  • Now devil chicken is ready
