Donne Chicken Biriyani

R

Donne Chicken Biriyani is very famous in Bangalore in the state of Karnataka. This Donne biriyani is served in the whole of Bangalore by many vendors but Shivaji Military Hotel serves the best in town. This biriyani is served with donne which we regularly get with prasadam in temples. For a change, hotel vendors serve this biriyani with Donne to render a more tasty feel while we savor the biriyani. This donne gives a dry green flavor and enhances our biriyani. In this biriyani we add more greens like mint, coriander leaves and green chilli so it gives more fresh green flavor. In this biriyani we grind all these greens along with onion and saute well to make a paste, so the raw smell is not there. Mainly we add Seeraga Sambha Rice for the biriyani. This is the main highlight of the biriyani. With all these ingredients we cook chicken till soft and juicy. In this biriyani we few biriyani spices and there is less tomato flavor. This is a very famous bangalorian recipe. Now we can observe the steps for preparing the dish.
