Because this donne gives dry green flavor and enhance with our biriyani. In this biriyani we add green more like mint and coriander leaves and green chilli so it give more fresh green flavor. This biriyani we grind all these greens along with onion and saute well make a paste. so its does not makes the biriyani raw smell of this green. Mainly we adding this Seeraga Sambha Rice. This main highlight of this biriyani. With all these ingredients we cook chicken and its more juicy and soft. Ingredients
- Seeraga Samba Rice - 1/2 kg
- Chicken - 1/2 kg
- Onion(peeled ) - 4 number
- Tomato - 1 number
- Green chili - 7 number
- Coriander leaves - 1 hand
- Mint leaves - 1 hand
- Curd - 1/2 cup
- Cloves - 4 number
- Cinnamon - 2 numbere
- Cardamom - 4 number
- Bay leaves - 2 number
- Star anise - 1 number
- Marati Moggu - 1 nymber
- Oil - 3 tbsp
- Ghee - 2 tbsp
- Salt(as per taste) - 1 tsp
- Donne(to serve) - 2 number
- Jeera - 1/2 tsp
- Funnel seed - 1/2 tsp
- Pepper - 1/4 tsp
- Fresh Ginger Garlic Paste - 2 tsp
- termeric - 1/4 tsp

Instructions
- Slice the onion and green chilli and keep aside
- Now add both mint and coriander leaves saute well and allow to cool
- In cooker or heavy weight pan add oil and temper all whole spices
- Now add tomato and turmeric powder mix well
- Now add chicken and salt as required mix well cook for five mins till raw smell goes
- Now add curd and cook for 2 mins till oil comes out
- In mean time grind the green ingredients and make fine paste
- Now add with that masala cook for 5 mins
- Now add water and bring to boil and add soaked rice of seeraga sambha
- Now cook till water drain in 3/4th and close lid and cook for 10 mins in low flame
- Now its almost ready add ghee and mix gently
- Now take the donne and keep in plate to serve
- Now its ready to serve hot Donne Chicken Biriyani
