- Biriyani rice - 1 kg
- Beef - 500 g
- Onion - 5
- Green chilly - 4
- Ginger(small piece) -
- garlic - 6
- Tomato - 4
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- Garam masala - 2 tsp
- Salt(as required) -
- Coriander leaves(as required) -
- Water(as required) -
- Oil(as required) -
- Cardamom - 2
- Cinnamon stick(small piece) -
- Curry leaves(as required) -
- Chilly powder - 1/2 tsp

Instructions
- Keep the ground masala aside.
- Heat oil in a big bottomed thick vessel.
- In a pressure cooker saute rest of the onions, salt, 1/2 tsp garam masala, coriander leaves in 2-3 tbsp of oil and 2 tsp of pure ghee.
- Add tomato and saute again.
- Then add the beef, green chilly paste and mix well.
- Then add 1 tsp of garam masala and cook it with closed lids for 15-20 minutes or till the beef gets well cooked. You can also cook the beef in a pressure cooker. Shut the flame.
- Open the lid and mix in the lemon juice.
