  • For preparing easy chilly chicken, first prepare a mixture of capsicum paste, turmeric, ginger-garlic paste, soya sauce, vinegar and required salt in a bowl.
  • Add the boneless chicken pieces to the marinade and mix well. Marinate the chicken pieces for 4 hours.
  • Remove only the chicken pieces from the marinade and deep fry in oil until the top turns golden in color. Keep the fried chicken pieces aside.
  • Into the remaining oil, add onions, tomatoes and green chillies. Fry them for a while.
  • Add the remaining gravy from the marinade and the previously fried chicken pieces to the pan. Cook in low fire for 15-20 minutes.
  • Easy chilly chicken is ready. Serve hot with fried rice.
