Ingredients
- Boneless chicken pieces - 500 g
- Capsicum(blended) - 1 no
- Onion(chopped) - 1 no
- Green chillies(chopped) - 4 nos
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Tomatoes(finely chopped) - 1 no
- Ginger(garlic paste – 2 tbsp) -
- Soya Sauce(Few drops) -
- Vinegar(Few drops) -
- Oil(For frying) -
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Add the boneless chicken pieces to the marinade and mix well. Marinate the chicken pieces for 4 hours.
- Remove only the chicken pieces from the marinade and deep fry in oil until the top turns golden in color. Keep the fried chicken pieces aside.
- Into the remaining oil, add onions, tomatoes and green chillies. Fry them for a while.
- Add the remaining gravy from the marinade and the previously fried chicken pieces to the pan. Cook in low fire for 15-20 minutes.
- Easy chilly chicken is ready. Serve hot with fried rice.
