Ingredients
- Pineapple(sweet) - 200 gm
- Cucumber - 200 gm
- Cumin(A pinch, Jeerakam) -
- Turmeric powder(A pinch) -
- Coconut powder - 50 gm
- Onion(cut into small pieces, medium) - 1 no
- Black gram(Uzhunnuparippu) - 1 tsp
- Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
- Curd - 200 gm
- Chillies - 2 -
- Cooking oil(Sunflower oil) -

Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
- Splutter mustard seeds.
- Add black gram and allow it to turn brown.
- :- Do not allow it to turn black.
- Add onions and saute, till they turn brown.
- Cover the pan and cook, until the cucumber is done.
- Turn off the heat and wait for 3 mins.
- Add curd and mix well.
- :- Check the level of salt and add, if necessary.

if you feel sour ,add a pinch of sugar and stir it well for better taste .
i tried it .Also instead of pineapple you can add bananna…
