Delicious, yummy pineapple pudding made by adding grated pineapple, condensed milk and other ingredients

  • For preparing easy pineapple pudding, first mix together condensed milk and milk together in a deep bottomed pan.
  • Boil the mixture and keep aside.
  • Meanwhile, soak china grass in 1/4 cup water for 10 minutes and then heat the china grass until it dissolves completely.
  • Add china grass mixture, 1/2 tbsp sugar and vanilla essence into the hot condensed milk mixture and mix well. Keep this aside.
  • Meanwhile, cut the pineapple into thick slices and remove seeds etc. Grate the pineapple slices.
  • Add 1/2 tbsp sugar to the grated pineapple and heat in a pan until water evaporates completely.
  • Now we are entering the final stage of our preparation of easy pineapple pudding. Spread the grated pineapple on the bottom and sides of a pudding dish.
  • Pour the condensed milk mixture over the grated pineapple. Do not stir.
  • Keep the pudding dish in the refrigerator. Cool well and cut into slices and enjoy.
  • Easy pineapple pudding, a tasty nutritious dish, is ready.

    Good recipe, can I use gelatine instead of china grass because china grass makes it stiff.

    4gm of China grass doesn’t set the pudding. Either your measurement is wrong or the ingredient is wrong. Please check that and make changes as I had to throw the unset pudding down the drain
