- Pork - 1 kg
- Onion(sliced) - 3/4 kg
- Tomato - 2 nos
- Chilly powder - 2 tbsp
- Cumin seeds(Jeerakam) - 1/2 tsp
- Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
- Fenugreek seeds(A pinch, Uluva) -
- Ginger(chopped) - 1 piece
- garlic(chopped) - 3 cloves
- Coriander leaves(Few) -
- Vinegar - 3/4 cup
- Capsicum(chopped) - 1 no
- Oil(As reqd) -
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing easy pork vindaloo, soak mustard, fenugreek seeds and cumin seeds in water.
- Grind and keep aside.
- Cook pork with salt, vinegar and turmeric powder in pressure cooker.
- When done, drain and roast the pork pieces in ghee.
- Add chilly powder and mix well. Add the ground masala and fry again.
- Pour the water in which pork is cooked into pan.
- Saute till oil clears.
- Add capsicum and fry again. When masala is ready, remove from flame.
