- Eggs - 10 nos
- Potatoes(grated) - 5 big
- Onions(minced) - 2 nos
- Spring onions(minced) - 1 cup
- Ginger(minced) - 2 tbsp
- Green chillies(minced) - 2 nos
- Pepper - 2 tsp
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Oil(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Beat the eggs, add salt and pepper. Keep it aside.
- Slowly spread a bit of onions, ginger, spring onions and green chillies.
- Once the egg gets cooked under, flip and turn to the other side till it gets nice and golden.
