- Ginger(garlic paste - 1/2 tsp) -
- Green chillies - 2 nos
- Curry leaves(Few) -
- Tomato(grind) - 4 nos
- Garam masala powder - 1 tsp
- Red chilly powder - 1 tsp
- Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp

- Mustard seeds(Few) -
- Dry red chillies - 3 nos
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Oil - 2 tsp

Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan splutter mustard seeds, add dry red chillies, onion, ginger garlic paste, green chillies and curry leaves.
- Add garam masala powder, red chilly powder, coriander powder turmeric powder.
- Add boiled eggs cut into halves. Add salt, ground tomatoes. Let it boil in a low flame. Add chopped coriander leaves.
- Egg curry is ready.
