Eggs In Cream - For Kids

Chopped hard-boiled eggs are cooked with milk, butter mixture and served with toasted bread. Yummy kids favorite snack.

Instructions
 

  • For preparing eggs in cream, first chop the hard-boiled eggs.
  • Melt butter in a pan and add the flour. Slowly pour the milk into it and stir until the mixture comes to a boil.
  • Stir in chopped eggs, cheese, cream, pepper and required salt. Mix well and allow it to simmer until the eggs are heated.
  • Eggs in cream, a yummy recipe apt with toasted bread, is ready.
