Instructions
- peel the elephant yam, and cut into medium size and wash it
- boil the elephant in the pan for 5 minutes with water
- in a pan add red chili powder, salt, turmeric powder, maida, corn flour, rice flour, curd, ginger garlic paste
- mix well by adding little water
- add elephant yam and colour powder and mix well
- marinate for 5 minutes.
- elephant yam is ready. serve with curd rice
