Instructions
- Roast sesame in dry pan
- Add peanuts and coriander seed in that pan , roast well the aroma comes
- Add dry coconut and roast well and put off the flame
- Now add garlic,ginger,chili, cloves, cinnamon, cardamom, fennel seed grind the powder
- Add onions in that powder and make paste
- Add chili and turmeric powder , salt.
- Cut the brinjal four slit into down
- Add the paste into the brinjal, you can see my pictuer for reference.
- close with lead and make sure that turns brinjal side by side in pan
- Now yummy Ennai Kathirikkai is ready to serve.
