  • 100 gm Mixed Sea Food Fish and Prawn
  • Cooked noodles As reqd
  • ½ no Onions
  • ½ no Capsicum
  • ½ tbsp Oil
  • ½ tsp Pepper powder
  • ½ tsp Ginger
  • ½ tsp Garlic
  • ¼ tsp Soya sauce
  • ¼ tsp Tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp Corn flour
  • 20 ml Fish stock
  • ½ tsp Chilly powder
  • Ajinomoto A pinch
  • Salt As reqd
  • 1 no Egg


  • For making the noodles: 1)Cook the noodles in salted water.
  • Drain the excess water off and keep this aside.
  • For making the curry: 1)Heat oil in a pan.
  • Add slices of onions followed by capsicum, ginger, garlic.
  • Add fish and prawn and sautT this well one by one.
  • Add Tomato sauce, Soya sauce, Chilly powder and seafood stock water and boil this well.
  • Add salt, pepper powder, and ajinomoto.
  • Finally, add corn flour mixed in water and stir it well till it becomes thick.
  • In a serving plate, serve in the shape of dragon.
  • Heat oil in a pan and add a beaten egg and stir it well.
  • Add the cooked noodles and sautT well.
  • Add salt to the noodles.
  • Place them in the same shape over the gravy.
