Fish Schezwan Fried fish with Schezwan sauce 6 nos Fish slices (Sliced & Boneless)2 nos Eggs1 tsp Green Chillies1 tsp Ginger1 tsp Garlic2 tsp Coriander leaves¼ tsp Ajinomoto1 tsp Pepper powder2 tsp Corn flour½ cup All purpose flour (Maida)1 tsp Spring onion1 tsp Chilly Sauce1 tsp Soya sauce1 tsp Lemon juiceSalt (As reqd)Oil for frying Make a batter with egg, maida, ginger, garlic, finely chopped spring onions, chillies, pepper, salt, ajinomoto, soya sauce, chilly sauce, lemon juice and chopped coriander leaves and corn flour mixed with little water. Dip the cleaned fish in the batter.Deep-fry them till they turn deep golden brown. :- Serve hot with Schezwan sauce. Chinese
