Flourless Chocolate Cake

Ingredients
  

  • 800 ml Double cream
  • 150 ml Powdered sugar
  • 200 ml Milk
  • 5 nos Eggs
  • 700 g Dark chocolate

Instructions
 

  • For preparing flourless chocolate cake, heat cream, sugar and milk.
  • Add eggs and mix well.
  • Remove from flame and add chocolate.
  • When chocolate gets melted, mix all well.
  • Apply butter on a baking tray and pour the mixture into it.
  • Bake it or steam it in cooker.
  • Unmould the cake and garnish with chocolate flakes.
