Ingredients
- Fish(sliced) - 1 kg
- Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
- Dry red chillies - 30 nos
- Cumin seeds(Jeerakam) - 1 tbsp
- garlic(10 cloves sliced) - 40 cloves
- Ginger(1 piece sliced) - 2 pieces
- Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
- Green chillies(sliced) - 15 nos
- Gingelly oil - 3/4 kg
- Vinegar - 1/2 litre
- Curry leaves(As reqd) -
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing fried fish pickle, marinate the sliced fish in salt and turmeric powder. Then fry it in oil and keep it aside.
- Grind dry red chillies, cumin seeds, 30 garlic cloves, 1 piece of ginger and mustard seeds.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the ground paste. Mix well.
- Then add in the sliced garlic, ginger and green chillies. Fry well.
- Add in the fried fish, vinegar and salt. Mix well and let it cook well.
- Allow it to cool and store in a bottle.
- Fried fish pickle is ready. Serve when required.
