1 kg Fish (sliced)1 tsp Turmeric powder30 nos Dry red chillies1 tbsp Cumin seeds (Jeerakam)40 cloves Garlic (10 cloves sliced)2 pieces Ginger (1 piece sliced)1 tsp Mustard seeds15 nos Green chillies (sliced)3/4 kg Gingelly oil1/2 litre VinegarCurry leaves (As reqd)Salt (As reqd) For preparing fried fish pickle, marinate the sliced fish in salt and turmeric powder. Then fry it in oil and keep it aside.Grind dry red chillies, cumin seeds, 30 garlic cloves, 1 piece of ginger and mustard seeds.Heat oil in a pan and fry the ground paste. Mix well.Then add in the sliced garlic, ginger and green chillies. Fry well.Add in the fried fish, vinegar and salt. Mix well and let it cook well.Allow it to cool and store in a bottle.Fried fish pickle is ready. Serve when required. Kerala
