Fried Noodles-Pasta-Spaghetti

  • 200 gms Noodles/Pasta/Spaghetti
  • 1 inch Ginger cut lengthwise
  • 250 gms Sausage cut into rings
  • 1 no Onion ) big cut lengthwise
  • 1 no Capsicum cut lengthwise
  • 1 tsp Soya Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Tomato Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Chilly Sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder
  • 1 no Egg
  • 2 tbsp Oil


  • Boil noodles/pasta/spaghetti with a pinch of salt and 1 tsp oil.
  • Strain when cooked and keep aside.
  • Add cooking oil in a broad pan and fry ginger for 2 sec.
  • Add the egg and stir fry till half done.
  • Add the sausages and fry for 10 sec.
  • To this,add onion and fry till onion turns transparent.
  • Add the cooked noodles/pasta/spaghetti and fry stirring in high flame for approximately 2 mins.
  • Reduce the flame and add capsicum,soya ,tomato and chilly sauce.
  • Stir well and check the level of salt.
  • Finally add black pepper powder and stir well.
  • Serve hot.
  • :-Alternatively,you can use pepperoni/boiled n shredded chicken /boiled shrimps for the sausage and additionally,any more vegetables of your choice like mushrooms/cabbage/celery/spring onions/lettuce/carrots.
