Boil noodles/pasta/spaghetti with a pinch of salt and 1 tsp oil.
Strain when cooked and keep aside.
Add cooking oil in a broad pan and fry ginger for 2 sec.
Add the egg and stir fry till half done.
Add the sausages and fry for 10 sec.
To this,add onion and fry till onion turns transparent.
Add the cooked noodles/pasta/spaghetti and fry stirring in high flame for approximately 2 mins.
Reduce the flame and add capsicum,soya ,tomato and chilly sauce.
Stir well and check the level of salt.
Finally add black pepper powder and stir well.
Serve hot.
:-Alternatively,you can use pepperoni/boiled n shredded chicken /boiled shrimps for the sausage and additionally,any more vegetables of your choice like mushrooms/cabbage/celery/spring onions/lettuce/carrots.
