- All pupose flour : 3 cups -
- Powdered sugar : ½ cup -
- Honey : 2 tsp -
- Yeast : 1 tsp -
- Milk : 1 cup -
- Sugar : ½ cup -
- Butter : 1 tsp -
- Sesame seeds : as reqd -

Instructions
- In a bowl, seive flour, add a pinch of salt.
- Make a space in between the flour, add the milk and butter. Knead it to a smooth dough.
- Cover it with a wet towel and keep it for 1 hour.5) Take small portion from the dough and roll it into long piece and make a round shape.
- Brush butter on top, dip in sesame seeds and fry it in oil.
