  • In a bowl, seive flour, add a pinch of salt.
  • Lightly warm milk, add sugar and yeast. Keep this aside for 5 minutes.
  • Make a space in between the flour, add the milk and butter. Knead it to a smooth dough.
  • Cover it with a wet towel and keep it for 1 hour.5) Take small portion from the dough and roll it into long piece and make a round shape.
  • Brush butter on top, dip in sesame seeds and fry it in oil.
  • Repeat this for rest of the dough.8) When done, remove from oil. Dip in honey and sprinkle the powdered sugar on top.9) Tasty fried snail roll is ready.
