Ingredients

All pupose flour : 3 cups
Powdered
sugar
: ½ cup
Honey
: 2 tsp
Yeast : 1 tsp
Milk
: 1 cup
Sugar
: ½ cup
Butter : 1 tsp
Sesame seeds
: as reqd
Instructions
In a bowl, seive flour, add a pinch of
salt
.
Lightly warm
milk
, add
sugar
and yeast. Keep this aside for 5 minutes.
Make a space in between the flour, add the
milk
and butter. Knead it to a smooth dough.
Cover it with a wet towel and keep it for 1 hour.5) Take small portion from the dough and roll it into long piece and make a round shape.
Brush butter on top, dip in
sesame seeds
and fry it in
oil
.
Repeat this for rest of the dough.8) When done, remove from
oil
. Dip in
honey
and sprinkle the powdered
sugar
on top.9) Tasty fried snail roll is ready.
