Cooked mushroom mixed with chopped garlic and white wine

  • 250 g Mushroom
  • 15 g Fresh Butter
  • 15 g Garlic finely chopped
  • 10 g Celery finely chopped
  • 1 no Onion finely chopped
  • 1/2 tbsp White wine


  • Cook the mushrooms and cut into halves. Keep this aside.
  • Take a frying pan and pour fresh butter. Heat the butter and saute chopped ginger, celery and onion until brown in color.
  • Add the cooked mushrooms and saute in low heat for some time.
  • Stir in white wine and mix gently.
  • Garlic mushroom is ready and serve hot.
