A cake with ground ginger

- Milk - 125 ml
- Honey - 250 g
- All purpose flour(Maida) - 250 g
- Baking powder - 1 tsp
- Aniseeds(ground, Saunf) - 1/2 tsp
- Coriander seeds - 6 nos
- Cinnamon(ground, Karugapatta) - 1/2 tsp
- Ground ginger - 1/2 tsp
- Cloves(Garmbu) - 2 nos
- Butter - 20 g
- Salt(A pinch) -

Instructions
- Remove it from the heat and add in honey. Let it cool.
- Preheat the oven to 160 degrees celsius.
- Grease a bread tin with butter and line it with grease proof paper.
- Crush cinnamon, cloves, aniseeds and coriander seeds.
- In a bowl, add in maida, crushed spices, baking powder and ginger. Mix well.
- Pour in the milk mixture and knead it to make a smooth dough.
- Put it into the tin and bake it for 1 hour in the oven.
- Allow the ginger bread to cool on the rack and then remove it from the tin.
- Ginger bread is ready.
