Ingredients
- All purpose flour - 1 3/4 cup
- Baking powder - 1 tsp
- Soda bi carb - 1 tsp
- Ginger powder - 2 tsp
- Cinnamon powder - 1 tsp
- Nutmeg powder - 1/4 tsp
- Brown sugar - 3/4 cup
- Eggs(whisked) - 2 nos
- Milk or water - 1/2 cup
- Butter(melted) - 50 gm
- Crystallized ginger(diced) - 100 gm
- Fresh ginger(grated) - 1 tbsp
- Crystallized papaya(diced) - 50 gm
- Raisins - 50 gms
- Salt - 1/4 tsp

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 160 c. Line 12 muffin tin with paper cups.
- Sift together the flour, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, baking powder, soda powder into a deep bowl.
- In an another bowl add melted butter, brown sugar and eggs and whisk with hand until frothy.
- Add the butter mixture, fruits and fresh ginger grated to the sieved flour.
- Spoon the batter into the paper cups and bake for 20 -25 minutes or until done.
- Fill the paper cups with batter till 3/4th full.
