Ingredients
  

  • Gongura : 1 bunch
  • Green chillies : 2 nos
  • Red dry chillies : 3 nos
  • Fenugreek : 1 tsp
  • Chana dal : 1 tsp
  • Mustard : ½ tsp
  • Salt : as reqd

Instructions
 

  • Remove leaves from the stem and clean it.
  • Heat pan, dry roast red chillies and fenugreek. Then powder in it.
  • In same pan, add little oil. Add mustard, chana dal.4) Add gongura leaves, fry till soft and water drains out.5) Add this to a mixer along fenugreek mixture, green chillies and salt.6) Grind this into smooth paste.7) Tasty gongura chutney is ready.
