  • 1 cup Coriander leaves
  • 1 cup Mint leaves pudina
  • 1/2 a Spinach leaves blanched
  • 1 no Onion chopped
  • 1 no Green chilly chopped
  • 1 tsp Ginger chopped
  • Pepper A pinch
  • Salt As reqd
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1/2 cup Thick curd


  • For preparing green sandwich spread, grind together mint leaves, spinach leaves, onion, green chilly, ginger, pepper, salt, butter and curd into a thick paste without adding water.
  • Green sandwich spread is ready. Spread it on bread, chapathi, dosa etc.
  • Tips:- Do not add any water. Store in an air tight container. Store in the fridge and use as needed. A very healthy sandwich spread. Will remain in good condition for one week.
