- Coriander leaves - 1 cup
- Mint leaves(pudina) - 1 cup
- Spinach leaves(blanched) - 1/2 a
- Onion(chopped) - 1 no
- Green chilly(chopped) - 1 no
- Ginger(chopped) - 1 tsp
- Pepper(A pinch) -
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Butter - 1 tbsp
- Thick curd - 1/2 cup

Instructions
- Green sandwich spread is ready. Spread it on bread, chapathi, dosa etc.
- Tips:- Do not add any water. Store in an air tight container. Store in the fridge and use as needed. A very healthy sandwich spread. Will remain in good condition for one week.
