1/2 cup Groundnuts (Nilakadala)1/2 a Jaggery (Sarkara)3 pods Cardamom powder (Elakka)3 tbsp Coconut milk25 g Ghee Add some water to the jaggery and melt it over fire. Sieve and keep jaggery aside for cooling.Take a pan and roast the groundnuts.Add coconut milk to the roasted groundnuts and grind to a paste.Place a small vessel(uruli) on fire. Pour the melted jaggery into the vessel.Add the groundnut paste and stir well.When the consistency thickens, add ghee.Add cardamom powder and mix gently in low fire until a halwa consistency is acquired.Remove from fire and pour into a flat vessel.
