Healthy Vada

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp Rice flour
  • 1 no Egg
  • 1/4 cup Carrot grated
  • 1/4 cup Cauliflower chopped
  • 1/4 cup Beans chopped
  • 1/4 cup Cabbage chopped
  • 1/4 cup Onion chopped
  • 3 nos Green chillies finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp Coconut grated
  • 1 spring Coriander leaves finely chopped
  • Oil As reqd
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing healthy vada, steam carrot, cauliflower, beans and cabbage till they are cooked.
  • Knead onion, green chllies and garlic.
  • Add in the steam cooked veggies and egg. Knead it well.
  • Add in coconut, salt, coriander leaves, rice flour and required water. Mix it well.
  • Make small patties out of the mixture and fry it in hot oil.
  • Healthy vada`s are ready. Serve hot with sauce or chutney.
