- Cooked rice - 1 cup
- Carrot - 1
- capsicm - 1
- Beans - 5
- Cabbage - 1/2 cup
- Salt - 1 tsp
- Butter - 1 tsp
- Spring onion - 1/2 cup
- Chilli sauce - 1 tsp
- Soya Sauce - 1/2 tsp
- Vinegar - 1/2 tsp
- Pepper powder - 1 tsp

Instructions
- Heat butter and oil in a pan.
- Add chopped carrot,capsicm and saute for 2 minutes.
- Add cooked rice to this and mix all well.Saute for a minute.
- Add spring onion to this and mix well,Stir for a minute.
- Add pepper powder,chilli sauce and soya sauce,stir well and saute for 2 minutes.
- Now home made fried rice is ready to serve.
