Hot N Sweet Crunchy Chicken A Starter 500 gm Chicken (cut into medium size pieces)150 gm Raisins (Onakkamunthiri)2 tsp Lemon juice4 tbsp Kashmiri chilly powder1/4 tsp Turmeric power1/2 tsp Nutmeg powder (Jathikka)Ginger (garlic paste - 1 tbsp)1 no Egg white1 tbsp Corn flour1 cup OilSalt (As reqd)For garnishing:-1/2 cup Coriander leaves (chopped)1 tbsp Garlic (chopped)1/4 cup Small onions(cut into roundels) (Kunjulli) Grind raisins and mix this with all other ingradients other than chicken.Keep this for 2 mins. Add chicken to this and mix well and keep this in fridge for 2 hours.Heat the oil and shallow fry the marinated chicken on low flame.Put this in a plate when fried.Heat a spoon of oil and saute chopped garlic and onions. Garnish the fried chicken with this and chopped coriander leaves.:- Serve hot. American
