Ingredients
- Potato(medium) - 2 nos
- Onion - 2 nos
- Green chillies - 6 -
- Ginger - 2" piece
- Tomato(optional) - 1/2 of
- Grated Coconut - 3 cups
- Water - 1/2 cup
- Curry leaves - 2 sprigs
- Coconut oil - 3 tsp
- Coriander leaves(A small sprig) -
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Remove the skin of potato and slice into squares.
- Slice the onion into thin sections.
- Slit the green chillies lengthwise.
- :- Depending on hotness required, u can increase / decrease no. of chillies.
- Slice the ginger into thin sections.
- :- You can add half of a tomato sliced for tanginess, if u like.
- :- The milk should have sufficient thickness as the gravy should not be too watery.
- :- Don`t allow this to boil.
- Simmer for 2 minutes on low flame.
- Switch off the stove.
- Season it with coconut oil, curry leaves and coriander leaves.
