1 1/2 cups Rice1 no Onion (finely chopped)10-12 nos French beans (chopped)1 no Carrot (chopped)8 tbsp Tomato puree100 g Cooking cheese (grated)1 tsp Sugar2 tbsp GheeSalt (As reqd) For preparing Italian style rice, heat ghee in a pan and fry the onions lightly.Add the rice, beans and carrot. Allow it to cook for 3 minutes.Add 1 cup water, tomato puree, sugar, salt and cook for another 30 minutes.When the rice is almost cooked, add half the cheese and cook covered for a few minutes.Italian style rice is ready. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top and serve hot. Italian
