Kaima Idli An easy recipe with left over idlis 4 - Idlis1/4 tsp Mustard seeds1/4 tsp Black gram (Uzhunnuparippu)1 cup Maida1 cup Bread crumbsFor paste:-5 - Small onions (Kunjulli)2 nos Tomato (medium)4 - Garlic podsGinger (A little)2 tsp Coriander powder2 tsp Chilly powder3 tsp Salt Add 1 tsp of chilli powder and 1 tsp of salt to the maida and make it into a thick paste.Cut the idlis into square pieces and then dip them in the above maida mixture. After dipping them in maida, dip them in bread crumbs separately. Deep fry in the oil till golden brown. Heat 1 tsp of oil in a pan or a kadai.Splutter mustard seeds and black gram.Add small onions-tomatoes-garlic-ginger paste.Add 1 tsp of chilly powder, coriander powder and salt.Heat the paste well till the raw smell of tomato and onions go.Add the fried idlis into it and mix well. Garnish with onions, coriander leaves and lemon. Tamil
