Instructions
  1. For preparing kashmiri mushroom soup, saute onion in oil.
  2. Add garlic paste, ginger paste, mushroom, turmeric, chilly powder and garam masala.
  3. Add tomato and water. Boil well.
  4. Remove from flame and allow to cool.
  5. Grind it well.
  6. Heat the mixture again. Add sugar, lime juice and salt.
  7. Add cornflour and little water.
  8. When done, add butter on top.
  9. Add coriander leaves and decorate.
