A pulissery with ripe mango

Ingredients
- Ripe mango with thick flesh(cut into big pieces, not juicy) - 2 nos
- Green chillies(slit) - 5 nos
- Ginger(chopped) - 1 big
- Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Yoghurt - 1 cup
- Coconut powder(Maggi) - ½ cup
- Veg oil - 1 tbsp
- Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
- Fenugreek(Uluva) - 1 tsp
- Small onions(finely chopped, Kunjulli) - 5 nos
- Garlic pods(finely chopped) - 5 nos
- Dry red chillies(Kollamulaku) - 3 -
- Curry leaves(A few) -

Instructions
- Cook mango with green chilly, ginger, salt and turmeric powder.
- :- Do not overcook.
- Mix coconut powder and yoghurt in a bowl.
- Pour it into the cooked mango, stirr under low flame for 2 mins. Switch off the flame.
- Heat the oil in a tawa.
- Splutter mustard seeds and add fenugreek and saute until brown.
- Add chopped small onion, garlic, broken red chillies and curry leaves.
- Saute until the onion gets its well-known colour and aroma.
- Pour this over the mango.
