- Boiled egg - 4
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
- Onion - 1 finely
- Tomato - 1
- Chilli powder - 1 tsp
- Coriander powder - 2 tsp
- Gram masala - 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
- Salt - 1 tsp
- Coconut oil - 1 tsp
- green chilli - 4
- Water - 1/2 cup
- Coriander leaves - 4

Instructions
- Heat oil in a kadai add onions and green chillies saute for 2 minutes.
- Add chilli powder,turmeric powder,gram masala and coriander powder stir for a minute.
- Then add boiled eggs to this and boil for 2 minutes until gravy becomes thick.
- Now kerala nadan egg roast is ready.
