A different way of preparation with batter

For filling:

  • 1 cup Boneless chicken
  • 2 tsp Butter
  • 1 tsp Pepper powder
  • 1 no Capsicum chopped
  • 2 tsp Soya sauce
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese grated
  • Salt As reqd


  • For preparing kerala pizza, cook chicken pieces with pepper powder, soya sauce, salt and 1/2 cup of water till the water evaporates.
  • Chop the chicken.
  • SautT the chicken with capsicum, butter and olive oil till it turns light brown in colour. Remove from the flame and keep it aside.
  • Prepare a batter by mixing together maida, egg, sugar, milk, baking powder, butter, salt and a little water.
  • Pour a ladle full of batter on a frying pan and spread it. Add a little butter.
  • When holes starts to appear on the pan cake, spread 3 tsp of chicken filling on top of it.
  • Spread grated cheese.
  • Turn the pan cake and remove it from the flame after 2 minutes.
  • Kerala pizza is ready. Serve hot with any sauce.
