Kerala Style Carrot Pachadi
A really good recipe With Step by Step Pictures - Kerala Style Carrot Pachadi
Ingredients
- Carrot (shredded) : 2 nos
- Green chillies : 2 nos
- Jeera powder : ¼ tsp
- Curd : 1 cup
- Coconut milk : ½ glass
- Curry leaves : 1 leaf
- Salt : to taste
Instructions
- Boil carrot with jeera powder and green chillies.
- Add coconut milk when the carrot is boiled.
- Then add curd also.
- Carrot Pachadi ready.
