Kerala Style Chicken Stew
This is my mothers recipe so bet everyone will love it
Ingredients
- 1 kg Chicken
- 1 handful Small onions Kunjulli
- 5 nos Garlic pods big
- 1 small Ginger
- 12 nos Green chillies
- 3 nos Cloves Grambu
- 2 nos Cinnamon Karugapatta
- 2 glass Coconut milk
- Coconut oil A little
- Salt As reqd
Instructions
- In a pressure cooker, place all the ingredients except the coconut milk and coconut oil and cook till done.
- Add salt and mix well again.
- :- Don`t allow the milk to boil.
- After the milk has heated well and mixed together, you can put it off the fire.
- Pour some coconut oil on top.
