  • 10 cups Milk
  • 2 dsp Brown broken rice
  • 1/2 a Condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Cashew nut sliced lengthwise
  • 1/2 tsp Cardamom powder Elakka


  • Mix 2 cups of water and 2 cups of milk and boil.
  • Add rice and cook well.
  • Add the remaining milk, condensed milk and sugar.
  • When it thickens, add cashewnuts and stir continuously till it becomes quick thick.
  • Add cardamom powder mixed in milk.
  • :- Serve hot or cold.
