Ingredients
- Paneer cubes - 1 pack
- Onion - 2 nos
- Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
- Tomato - 2 no
- green chilli - 4 nos
- Turmeric powder - 1/ 4 tsp
- Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
- Soya Sauce - 2 tsp
- Chilli sauce - 1 tsp
- Tomato sauce - 3 tsp
- A pinch of sugar. -
- Coriander leaves -
- Salt to taste -
- Oil - 4 tbsp

Instructions
- Boil the paneer cubes just for three minutes and strain it.
- Heat oil in a pan, put paneer cubes and just fry for a minute,take it out and keep it aside.
- Add chopped onion, ginger / garlic paste, turmeric, chilli powder into the same pan and saute it well.
- Add the chopped tomato,fried paneer, green chillies and all the sauces, mix it well.
- Kerala Style Chilli Paneer is ready to serve. It goes well with naan, chapathi or appam.
