- Coconut grated : ½ of a coconut -

Instructions
- Boil kumbalanga with turmeric powder and chilly powder and tamarind water.
- Heat oil in a pan. Fry kadala parippu, uluva, kayam, dry chilly.
- Add coconut grated and curry leaf. Fry well.
- Grind it.
- Mix it with the boiled vegetables.
- Heat oil in a pan. Splutter mustard seeds. Add dry chilly and curry leaves.
- Mix it with the curry.
- Kumbalanga Pulinkari ready.
