Tomato
(chopped) : 1 medium

coriander powder
: 2 tsp
Chilli powder
: 1 tsp
Green chillies
: 2 nos
Mustard seeds
: a few
Dry chilly : 2 nos
Coconut
milk
Instructions
Heat
oil
in a pan. Splutter
mustard seeds
. Then add dry and
green chillies
.
Add
onion
chopped and tomatos. Fry well.
Add madras
onion
with coriander and chilly powder. Boil it well.4) Fry cashew nuts in
oil
.
Mix it with the boiled
onion
.
Add
coconut
milk
also.
Kunjulli cashew peralan is ready.
